Job seekers invited to dealer hiring event at Hard Rock Casino Rockford

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) - No experience is required for the part-time and full-time dealer opportunities at the Hard Rock Casino Rockford.

The hiring event is set to take place from 2-4 p.m. September 2 at 7801 E. State Street in Rockford. To get to the event, enter through the Event Center LIVE Entrance on the east side of the building.

Attendees can interview for dealer positions with some hirings made on the spot.

No experience is required, with a 5 to 8 week paid training program offered on how to deal blackjack, carnivals games and craps.

The position has an earning potential of $25/hour upon successful completion of training.

Job requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma
• Ability to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and flexible shifts
• Pass a background check with no felony charges
